This is a broad, high-ownership role at the center of the agency’s operations. You will manage contractors, own core people and HR processes, support vendor relationships, maintain systems access, and ensure new hires are onboarded seamlessly and set up for success. You will report directly to the founder and have significant autonomy to figure things out and make them better.

3+ years in an operations, office management, or people ops role — ideally at a small-to-medium agency. Experience running HR end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, reviews, benefits, and contractor management. Highly organized and systems-minded. Comfortable managing multiple open threads at once. Strong written communication. Tech-comfortable. Discreet and trustworthy. Comfortable with AI tools.

A genuinely varied role with real ownership. Direct access to and support from the founder. A small, expert team that moves fast and gets things done. Approximately 27 days PTO per year. Remote-first environment.
