The Senior Salesforce Account Executive will drive net‑new revenue by leading the full sales cycle and building strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a consultative, solution‑oriented approach, working closely with technical and delivery teams to position high‑value Salesforce services. The AE will collaborate cross‑functionally to craft compelling proposals, manage complex enterprise conversations, and influence strategic purchasing decisions. They will engage confidently with Salesforce AEs, prospects, and partner stakeholders to expand pipeline and accelerate deal momentum. The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales expertise, consulting awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape go‑to‑market strategy, contribute to a dynamic culture, and make an immediate impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
✅5–7 years of selling Salesforce solutions. ✅Proven ability closing $1M–$3M+ ARR deals. ✅Experience selling Slack (Huge Plus). ✅General working knowledge of Slack (deep expertise not required). ✅Background in consulting → sales is a strong plus. ✅Thrives in a young, fast‑paced company, with strong EQ, personality, and drive.
