职位描述

As a Performance Marketing Manager (SEM), you will work remotely and collaborate with the Global Marketing COE team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will focus on planning, executing, optimising, and scaling paid search campaigns across major media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Search / Google Ads, across multiple regional markets. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving conversion efficiency, and managing SEM campaigns under strict platform policies and regulatory constraints—playing a critical role in user acquisition for our trading platform.

任职要求

At least 3 years of hands-on SEM / paid search experience, preferably in FinTech, online trading, CFD, forex, crypto, brokerage, Web3, payments, or other financial services. Proven track record of managing SEM campaigns in regulated, restricted, or compliance-sensitive industries. Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
