Customer Engineer (ATM CE)

The Customer Engineer (ATM CE) is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of electromechanical systems within an assigned service territory. This field-based role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and excellent customer service capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Solid understanding of electromechanical systems and structured troubleshooting methodologies. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to field service environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within an assigned territory.
